7 Tips to keep active during your pregnancy

It's important to keep moving during your pregnancy even if it involves stretching or yoga.

  1. Park your car in the back of the parking lot instead of in Pregnancy Parking spaces and walk to the store.

  2. At work, walk around the parking lot or around your building during your lunchtime. Take several laps if necessary.

  3. Take the dog for an extra walk during the day and take a longer route.

  4. Crank up the music and dance while doing housework.

  5. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

  6. Find a pregnancy exercise class near you.

  7. Find an app that keeps track of how much you move.
